HORMAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HORMAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,362 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HORMAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIL2, GGT1, and GGA1. Each is linked with HORMAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HORMAD2-to-partner and partner-to-HORMAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIL2 grouped by HORMAD2-low versus HORMAD2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HORMAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HORMAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
