HOOK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOOK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOOK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with HOOK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOOK3-to-partner and partner-to-HOOK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by HOOK3-low versus HOOK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOOK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOOK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
