HOOK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOOK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOOK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Cyclin-B1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with HOOK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOOK2-to-partner and partner-to-HOOK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by HOOK2-low versus HOOK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOOK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOOK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
