HOMER2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOMER2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,504 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOMER2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Signal transduction by p53 class mediator, Regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, and Macromolecule methylation. Each is linked with HOMER2P2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMER2P2-to-partner and partner-to-HOMER2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Signal transduction by p53 class mediator grouped by HOMER2P2-low versus HOMER2P2-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOMER2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOMER2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
