HOMER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOMER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 719 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOMER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, RN7SKP188, and GOLGA6L11P. Each is linked with HOMER2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMER2-to-partner and partner-to-HOMER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by HOMER2-low versus HOMER2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOMER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOMER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
