HOGA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOGA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,202 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOGA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSD17B8, ARHGEF2, and SPATA20. Each is linked with HOGA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOGA1-to-partner and partner-to-HOGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOGA1 versus HSD17B8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
