Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOGA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,614 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAE1, PRELID3B, and PSMA7. Each is linked with HOGA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOGA1-to-partner and partner-to-HOGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOGA1 versus RAE1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
