Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,144 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, SNX3P1X, and FAM177A1. Each is linked with HOGA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOGA1-to-partner and partner-to-HOGA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by HOGA1-low versus HOGA1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
