Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPUL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HNRNPUL2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher HNRNPUL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPUL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
CESC, PRAD, and SARC are the cancer types where HNRNPUL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
