Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPUL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HNRNPUL1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher HNRNPUL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPUL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, PRAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where HNRNPUL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
