HNRNPM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPM-associated genes across cancer lineages are THUMPD1, WDR76, and RBP1. Each is linked with HNRNPM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPM-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THUMPD1 grouped by HNRNPM-low versus HNRNPM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
