HNRNPM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNRNPM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPM-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, OTOR, and OR4X2. Each is linked with HNRNPM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPM-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by HNRNPM-low versus HNRNPM-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
