HNRNPL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,578 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBL, FCGR2A, and VSIG4. Each is linked with HNRNPL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPL-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPL versus FBL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
