Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,729 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-73P, MIR670, and MIR1303. Each is linked with HNRNPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPL-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-73P grouped by HNRNPL-low versus HNRNPL-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
