Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNRNPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,634 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, and Cell cycle DNA replication. Each is linked with HNRNPL in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPL-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPL results are reported.
