HNRNPKP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPKP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,017 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPKP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27P20, LINC02066, and ANAPC15. Each is linked with HNRNPKP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPKP3-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPKP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS27P20 grouped by HNRNPKP3-low versus HNRNPKP3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPKP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPKP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
