The most reproducible HNRNPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1RN, CCR1, and CXCL8. Each is linked with HNRNPK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPK-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPK results are reported.
