HNRNPH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,402 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, PLA2G12AP1, and CYP27B1. Each is linked with HNRNPH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPH3-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by HNRNPH3-low versus HNRNPH3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
