HNRNPH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNRNPH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,607 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC9, DDX50, and TARDBP. Each is linked with HNRNPH3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPH3-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPH3 versus DNAJC9 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
