HNRNPH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU6-1214P, and RNA5SP198. Each is linked with HNRNPH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPH2-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by HNRNPH2-low versus HNRNPH2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
