Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPH1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,925 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPH1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein methylation, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with HNRNPH1P2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPH1P2-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPH1P2 results are reported.
