HNRNPH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 953 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1226, RNA5SP146, and ANKRD33B-AS1. Each is linked with HNRNPH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPH1-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1226 grouped by HNRNPH1-low versus HNRNPH1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
