HNRNPH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNRNPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR142, CFHR5, and SSX7. Each is linked with HNRNPH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPH1-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR142 grouped by HNRNPH1-low versus HNRNPH1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
