HNRNPF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,724 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPPE1P1, RNU6-975P, and NPM1P28. Each is linked with HNRNPF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPF-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPPE1P1 grouped by HNRNPF-low versus HNRNPF-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
