HNRNPDL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPDL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,218 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPDL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ECM1, CRMP1, and GSTK1. Each is linked with HNRNPDL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPDL-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPDL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPDL versus ECM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPDL→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPDL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
