Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNRNPDL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,263 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPDL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome organization, Sister chromatid segregation, and Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with HNRNPDL in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPDL-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPDL results are reported.
