Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPCP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,900 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPCP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBN1, GATAD2B, and HCFC1. Each is linked with HNRNPCP7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPCP7-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPCP7 results are reported.
