Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPCP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HNRNPCP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher HNRNPCP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPCP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and ESCA show a favorable association.
ACC, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where HNRNPCP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
