Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPCL4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HNRNPCL4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher HNRNPCL4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPCL4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LUSC show a favorable association.
HNSC, KICH, and UVM are the cancer types where HNRNPCL4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
