Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 156 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV12-2, MIR133B, and RNU6-776P. Each is linked with HNRNPCL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPCL2-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPCL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRBV12-2 grouped by HNRNPCL2-low versus HNRNPCL2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
