Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,902 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN9, L2HGDH, and YY1. Each is linked with HNRNPC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPC-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPC versus LIN9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
