HNRNPC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,582 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01543, GAPDHP19, and RPL7L1P4. Each is linked with HNRNPC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPC-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01543 grouped by HNRNPC-low versus HNRNPC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
