Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPA3P13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HNRNPA3P13 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher HNRNPA3P13 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPA3P13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and OV show a favorable association.
LUSC, STAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where HNRNPA3P13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
