Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HNRNPA3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher HNRNPA3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where HNRNPA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
