HNRNPA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 524 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP45, RNU6-34P, and RNA5SP146. Each is linked with HNRNPA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA3-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCYBP45 grouped by HNRNPA3-low versus HNRNPA3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
