Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPA1P67 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HNRNPA1P67 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher HNRNPA1P67 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPA1P67 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and UCS show a favorable association.

CESC, UCS, and STAD are the cancer types where HNRNPA1P67 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
