HNRNPA1P49

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPA1P49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,144 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPA1P49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagy, Positive regulation of autophagy, and miRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with HNRNPA1P49 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA1P49-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA1P49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of autophagy grouped by HNRNPA1P49-low versus HNRNPA1P49-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPA1P49→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPA1P49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
