The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher HNRNPA1P40 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPA1P40 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and UCS show a favorable association.
