Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPA1P33 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HNRNPA1P33 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher HNRNPA1P33 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPA1P33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and UCEC are the cancer types where HNRNPA1P33 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
