HNRNPA1P13

associated omics data
heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A1 pseudogene 13Genealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored HNRNPA1P13 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. HNRNPA1P13 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, HNRNPA1P13 is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Additionally, HNRNPA1P13 RNA expression shows 5,625 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, LIHC, and STAD as cancer lineages where HNRNPA1P13 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes HNRNPA1P13 survival associations across molecular data types. HNRNPA1P13 RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (19). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible HNRNPA1P13 RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High HNRNPA1P13 expression shows unfavorable associations in COAD, LUAD, STAD, MESO and PAAD, but favorable associations in BLCA. The BLCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .002). Together, the overview and detailed table identify BLCA as the clearest survival context for HNRNPA1P13 RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for HNRNPA1P13. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. HNRNPA1P13 shows lower tumor expression in THCA and higher tumor expression in LIHC, LUAD, HNSC, KICH and KIRC. The LIHC box plot shows higher HNRNPA1P13 RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.045, t-test p = .006).
