Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPA1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,507 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPA1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT18_S53, MED1_T1051, and MLLT1_S475. Each is linked with HNRNPA1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA1P1-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA1P1 results are reported.
