Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPA1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,553 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPA1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, Positive regulation of establishment of protein localization to telomere, and Regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with HNRNPA1P1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA1P1-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA1P1 results are reported.
