Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPA0 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HNRNPA0 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher HNRNPA0 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPA0 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, SARC, and LUAD are the cancer types where HNRNPA0 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
