HNF4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNF4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,569 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNF4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of amino acid metabolic process, Negative regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition, and Renal D-glucose absorption. Each is linked with HNF4A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNF4A-to-partner and partner-to-HNF4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of amino acid metabolic process grouped by HNF4A-low versus HNF4A-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNF4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNF4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
