HNF4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNF4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNF4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G2C, MRGPRX2, and GLT6D1. Each is linked with HNF4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNF4A-to-partner and partner-to-HNF4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G2C grouped by HNF4A-low versus HNF4A-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNF4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNF4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
