Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNF4A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,864 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNF4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSWIM8, TRPV3, and SH3TC1. Each is linked with HNF4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNF4A-to-partner and partner-to-HNF4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZSWIM8 grouped by HNF4A-low versus HNF4A-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNF4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNF4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
