Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNF1A-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HNF1A-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher HNF1A-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNF1A-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BLCA show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and KIRC are the cancer types where HNF1A-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
