HMX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 213 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB128, OR10S1, and SNORD116-15. Each is linked with HMX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMX3-to-partner and partner-to-HMX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
