HMSD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMSD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,159 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINB8, HMGB2, and APOBEC3G. Each is linked with HMSD in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMSD-to-partner and partner-to-HMSD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
