HMSD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMSD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7976, RN7SL98P, and LINC01425. Each is linked with HMSD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMSD-to-partner and partner-to-HMSD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
